Shipping Policy — Rogue One Coffee

At Rogue Sierra Coffee, every bag is roasted fresh to order. This means your coffee isn’t sitting on a shelf — it’s created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 3–5 business days for roasting, batching, label printing, and packaging.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped:

  • USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground: Used for larger orders (9+ bags)

Shipping speed is determined by the package weight and destination. We do not offer expedited shipping because all coffee is roasted fresh and cannot bypass the processing timeline.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed and ready for shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for USPS/UPS to update tracking scans.

International Shipping

International delivery is available, but:

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by country.

  • International orders are not refundable and cannot be guaranteed due to customs delays.

Pre-Shipment Status

If your tracking shows “pre-shipment,” it means:

  • Your label has been created,

  • Your coffee is roasting/being bagged,

  • It will be picked up on the next USPS/UPS pickup cycle.

Freshness Guarantee

Because every order is roasted fresh, slight delays during weekends or holidays ensure you receive coffee at peak flavor.
