We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities purchased.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All coffee is roasted fresh and fulfilled through our dropshipping partner.
Estimated shipping times are listed in our Shipping Policy but are not guaranteed.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Rogue One Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns of coffee products due to their perishable nature.
Please refer to our Refund/Replacement Policy for how we handle:

  • Customer errors

  • Rogue One Coffee / roaster errors

  • Carrier or “no-fault” issues (lost, stolen, damaged packages)

By purchasing from our store, you agree to follow that policy.

8. Third-Party Tools & Apps

We may provide access to third-party tools or apps (including Shopify tools) that we do not control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind.

Use of these tools is at your own risk.

9. User Comments & Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, or any user-generated content, you grant Rogue One Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, or distribute it.
